of work includes handling Inbound and Chat Support queries from customers all
across the globe who would want to find out about the various techniques,
methods, programs and information about health, fitness, nutrition and
training. Client deals with pre teen, teen, new born, kids recipe. They have
fat lose, muscles and diet plans along with workout, supplements and health
schedules. The Call Center agents would be trained on all these methods and
they have to handle the customers according to the query.
Log-in
Timings :
10 Seats will login at 6 AM IST and will log out at 3 PM IST (10 For Inbound and 10 for Chat Support, Total of 20 Seats)
20 Seats will login at 9 AM IST and will log out at 6 PM IST (20 For Inbound and 20 for Chat Support, Total of 40 Seats)
20 Seats will login at 12 PM IST and log out at 9 PM IST (20 For Inbound and 20 for Chat Support, Total of 40 Seats)
