VODAFONE VAS SUPPORT INBOUND PROCESS.
Number of Shifts: All Three.
Shift Duration: 8 hours each.
Work Duration: 24*7.
Work Scope: Handle traffic of the Incoming calls to
provide customer support on behalf of
the Client.
Seats: Minimum 50. Maximum up to extent.
Working Days: Calendar days.
Languages: English/ Hindi/ Regional.
Male-Female Ratio: Equal.
Agreement Duration: 12 Months.
Extension: Extendable to 36 Months.
Signup: Direct at Corporate Office.
Billing: 31,500/Seat/Shift (Fixed)+ S.T.
Payment: Monthly.
Advance Payment: Applicable.
Training: Onsite.
Documents Required: Corporate Profile, Incorporation
Certificate with OSP/DOT.
Technical: Support will provided



CAMPAIGN NAME:-USA TECH SUPPORT INBOUND.
Description: Solve Queries for Windows, Internet Issue, Pop Ups, Email and Sell Yearly Packages.
Payout: $10 per Hour per System.
Seats: 30 Seats.
Working Hours: 9Hours/Day in between (6:30PM to 7:00AM) IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Payment cycle & Mode: Weekly Bank Transfer
Training: Will be for 7 days from client side.
Contract: Minimum of 12 months and can be extended with mutual consent from both the parties.
Sign up: With end client based in INDIA. Sign up can be done Online or center can visit to client place..
Technologies: Minimum of Leased Line With 4Mbps. And processor Windows XP, 7.
Sign up Procedure:-
1. Center Profile will be screened.
2. Center Visiting and Center Auditing.
3. Center Finalizing from Client.
4. SLA will be done.
5. Client will start Training and will provide Dialer.
6. Center Go Live.
After 3 months the center will be reviewed and if it meets the minimum requirements and performance
then will be given Chat support with per hour payout of the same campaign with Advance Payout.
